Electronic Express selects Jesta’s retail platform to transform enterprise capabilities

Electronic Express has selected the retail platform of Jesta to transform its enterprise capabilities, and to deliver an inspiring in-store and e-com experience to its customers and associates.

Electronic Express will leverage Jesta’s best-in-class Merchandising, Point Of Sale, Gift Card, Loyalty, Distributed Order Management, Financials, and WMS modules, as well as advanced Business Intelligence, reporting and mobile capabilities.

Founded in 1983 as a single, 80 square foot store, Electronic Express has since expanded to become the largest independent consumer electronics and major appliances retailer in Tennessee. The Nashville-based company prides itself on delivering leading edge products at competitive prices, with a distinctly personalized approach to customer service.

As a result of their burgeoning online presence, Electronic Express was facing a significant challenge of integrating their online data with their in-store systems. “We were essentially operating in silos,” says Sam Yazdian, CEO, Electronic Express.
